Introduction to Wave 2
The Molchanovs Wave 2 Freediving course is taking your freediving to the next level. Together, we will optimize your pre-dive preparation, refine your Frenzel equalization and introduce you to the no-fins technique. Another major aspect of the Wave 2 course is to start freefalling by making use of negative buoyancy during deep dives, allowing for a more efficient usage of oxygen. During the sessions in our swimming pool we are aiming to extend your static breath hold comfortably beyond two and a half minutes, refine the skills learned during the Wave 1 course and introduce you to the dolphin kick. Taking the Wave 2 course, you master the skills and knowledge needed to freedive comfortably to a depth of 24-30 meters in open water.
