Introduction to Wave 4

The Molchanovs Wave 4 freediving course sets the beginning of your career as a competitive freediver. Its main purpose is to equip you with all skills and knowledge necessary to participate in freediving competitions including the set of rules, mental preparation techniques to handle competition stress, and the design of an effective training plan. Together, we will fine-tune your mouthfill equalization and go into the details of your diving technique using video analysis. Deep freediving requires adequate safety measures, therefore you will be introduced to the proper usage of oxygen to avoid decompression sickness and other procedures to avoid freediving-related injuries. Join us at Freediving Camotes and become a competitive freediving athlete!
